www.premiumcredit.com is a Website operated by Premium Credit Limited ("we"). We are registered in England and Wales under company number 02015200 and have our registered office at Ermyn House, Ermyn Way, Leatherhead, Surrey KT22 8UX. We are regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. We are a member of the Finance and Leasing Association (FLA) and we follow the FLA Lending Code a copy of which is available on request.

Premium Credit Limited is covered by the Financial Ombudsman Service.

We may change or update the content or services found on our Website at any time without notice. While we do make reasonable efforts to keep our Website up to date, we are under no obligation to update it, and make no representations that the Website is accurate, complete, up to date or free from errors. Consequently, we may also update these terms of use, so please check this page regularly as these terms govern your use and are binding on you. Accessing our website

Our Website is made available free of charge. We do not guarantee that our Website, or any content on it, will always be available or be uninterrupted. We also own several registered trademarks including but not limited to Premium Credit Limited, School Fee Plan, MyCommute4Less and Fairway Credit. Use of these trademarks is prohibited unless you have our prior written consent to do so.

You may print off one copy and may download extracts, of any page(s) from our Website for your personal use and you may draw the attention of others within your organisation to content posted on our Website.

Applicable law

You and we both agree that the courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction. However, if you are a resident of Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland, and if you are resident of Scotland, you may also bring proceedings in Scotland.
